As promised, here's some links for you to use to research plate tectonics, earthquakes, volcanoes and tsunamis:

Here's an interesting animated gif showing the movements of the continents over the last 750 million years or so. The number in the bottom left corner tells you how many millions of years ago it is:

thanks mr h
these websites are very very useful.there are facts about earthquakes and valcanoes that I didn't know about.
Raneem:)
Taleb is right... it said on the website:
Lahar: Mud flows can be swift, silent and lethal, engulfing homes many miles away from the valcanoe.
Raneem
Indeed - just looked it up on google. Taleb has taught me something there. Thanks for looking into that one Raneem!
Hi mr H,
I know this got nothing to do with plate tectonics but when I am cropping the pictures and then saving it in the picture folder on the cd it says: could not complete your request. file is locked.
What shall I do???
I might save it on my USB.
Raneem
Hi Raneem,
The files are on the DVD which you will not be able to write to. You are right to save them to your USB flash memory.
If you run out of room on your USB drive then just save them onto your computer for now and we'll figure out how to transfer them all across when they're done.
Thanks again for your had work!
