Plasticine animations

We've had a busy day getting to know the AnimatorDV Simple stop frame animation software. Take a look at three of the short films that we've made:

Gooooaaaalll - by Euan and Moadh:

World Cup Wonder by Taleb, Wang Yee and Jerome:

Rocket man by Moadh:

All you need is a webcam and the AnimatorDV program. If you would like to try out the software - the good news is IT'S FREE!! You can get it from this link:
http://animatordv.com/download7

You will need to copy in the serial number from the download link when you first run the software.

Happy animating!

UNFAIR!!!!
So you all wait until we go to Highbury Fields and then you start having fun making stop frame animation...but anyway they are all very good.
Well done to everyone who took part:)

Sorry about that Raneem! It was a bit easier for us all to figure out the software with fewer children around!

The good news is that we're quite expert at it now so we can show you how to do it too :)

I hope you all had a great day at HF!

Thanks Rim! Perhaps you can persuade your ICT teacher to run an animation club :)

Hi Mr Hanley

I just wanted to say two things. Number one... can you please remind dayana to take my ocarina book from my tray and keep it with her so when we are in secondary she could give it to me. And number two... I just wanted to say: THANK YOU FOR BEING MY TEACHER AND I WILL MISS YOU VERY MUCH!!!!!!! :( :( :(
This 'comment' is so long!!!

Raneem :)

Thanks Raneem!

I will of course pass on your request to Dayana. I'm going to post up a link to the ocarina website just in case you want to get book 2 and maybe a 6 hole ocarina.

Now what am I going to do without a super-hero Raneem in my class?? Thank you so much for your help and your hard work and well done for achieving so much!

Have a brilliant time in Syria and don't forget to send me mum or dad's email address if you would like to know your SATs results next Tuesday.
